Saw the Polaris Prize short list (and Diamond Rings didn't make it. sadface) BUT Ron Sexsmith did!
I remember the chumcity countdown on sunday mornings at 11 on channel 7. And whatever position this song was, they would play it. i also remember standing behind Ron Sexsmith on an escalator in First Canadian Place and freaking out quietly to myself. wanted to say something but got scared.
