My niece and I have seen Carly three times in concert. first time we saw her she was opening up for Marianas Trench. We met her at the merch table and told her that we were there to see her (because we saw the trench before). she was adorbs. we took this:
We then saw her in her own show at Harbourfront.... only a handful of people were there. prob seats 200 and there were 25 people... and that was PPPPUUSHHHINGG it. but she put on a great acoustic set. including her alice in wonderland number.... Then we saw her open for the trench a third time at Massey Hall. it was better.. however the crowd didn't like her for some reason.
anyway, Tug of War was an awesome song because it has LAYERS!! LAYERS! it reminds me of Carmen Rasmusen's Be With You, but better.
