Memories. I bought Skye Sweetnam's Noise From The Basement on the first day it came out. That same day I went to the university fair at the Metro Convention Centre. I was excited to check out schools and see where I would fit in. I wanted to go to York or Western. U of T was an option I didn't want to take. I ended up getting into York really early on but decided to look at the options. UTSC was next and I thought it was cool. Then i got UofT St. George two days before the deadline. I chose UTSC because I somehow decided I wanted to major in history, and I was talking to Nicole Gosbee about it (because she was also majoring in history) and we decided I should go to UTSC because I kept mentioning a class called "edible history" which was delicious by the way.
So whenever any Skye Sweetnam song comes on I remember the start to my post secondary career and smile at all the good choices I made.
